The hotel is located in a nice building by a huge boulevard, shopping center, and market. the rooms are neat, brand-new, with a nice view and balcony. the staff is hospitable and the location is favorable near a shopping center.

Location: the hotel was near the airport, Near Plaza Araya, and the shopping centre. Again, the venue was not very far from Plaza Araya. The deluxe double room was neat in the good quality, so that guests had essentials.

It offers tons of car parking spaces, comfy and spacious bedrooms with complimentary water bottles, coffee, and tea. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the small swimming pool near the restaurant is ideal for kids.

This hotel is conveniently located in a peaceful residential area, with Starbucks, Fore, and Burger King just a minute's walk away. Plaza Araya is also just across the street, making it easy to do some shopping. During my business trip, the hotel's proximity to Persada Hospital where my workshop was held was a big plus. The cleanliness of the hotel is impressive, and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful, surpassing my expectations for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast options provided a variety of delicious local dishes that suited my taste perfectly.

I'd say the only minor downside was that the showerhead could use some improvement in terms of water spray direction.

The bathroom had a weird smell and the shower head was leaking. The AC was not cold enough to keep the room comfortable and I had to call twice for someone to come and fix it.
